Speaker Brian Johnson

Brian Johnson was born in Nashville TN. He received Jesus Christ as his Savior and Lord on Easter at an early age. Although his family did not attend church often, Brian began to attend regularly when he was sixteen. While attending college, he served as a youth group leader.

Upon graduation from college, Brian began a successful career in sales. He soon became the National Sales Manager for a national outdoor clothing company. In 1999 Brian began to sense a call into Christian ministry. In 2000, he joined the staff of Walk Thru the Bible as a Ministry Consultant.

During his three years at Walk Thru the Bible corporate headquarters, God continued to clarify Brian’s call to teach and he was privileged to join Walk Thru the Bible’s teaching faculty.

God continues to confirm Brian’s call by expanding his teaching and ministry opportunities throughout the southeast. He is active in his church where he serves as a Deacon, Sunday school teacher, and a member of the Missions Committee. He also teaches a weekly small group Bible study.

Brian also continues to maintain a presence in the local business community by serving as a consultant in the stock market. Next to his relationship with the Lord, the most important area in his life is his family. He and his beloved wife, Dora Ann, have two young daughters, Morgan and Parker. They live on a lake where they enjoy sailing and all the benefits of life on a lake.
